科研方向
课题组长期以来紧密围绕国家、广东省和江西省稀土产业和电子信息产业重大需求,先后与上市企业(佛山国星光电股份有限公司、江门科恒股份有限公司和深圳光峰科技股份有限公司等)开展长期紧密产学研合作,主要从事固体无机材料、稀土发光材料的基础与应用研究;具体研究方向包括:
- 半导体(白光LED与激光LD)照明与显示用稀土荧光粉、玻璃/陶瓷材料;
- 光电传感与探测用稀土近红外荧光粉;
- 超高清显示用稀土钙钛矿纳米晶等的基础与应用研究;
- 生物医用纳米稀土荧光探针和稀土闪烁材料;
- 太阳能电池和都市农业用稀土光谱转换材料;
科研项目
先后主持和参与了国家科技部重点研发计划项目课题、国家“973”计划项目课题、国家“863”计划重大项目课题、国家自然科学基金-云南省联合基金重点项目子课题、国家自然科学基金青年/面上项目与国际合作研究项目、广东省应用型科技研发重大项目、广东省自然科学基金团队项目、广东省重大科技专项、广东省重点研发计划项目课题、江西省重大科技研发专项“揭榜挂帅”项目以及广州市重点研发计划项目、广州市科技计划重点项目及广东省其它地市等纵向项目和企业技术研发等横向课题共30余项;
